PENYELENGGARA SEMINAR NASIONAL dan INTERNASIONAL
Pelaksanaan dan Penyelenggaraan Seminar Nasional dan Internasional di Jadwalkan paling lambat setahun dua kali bekerjasama dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi maupun dengan instansi pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan wawasan serta merespon kondisi faktual yang terjadi berkaitan dengan masalah-masalah Politik, Ekonomi,Sosial, budaya, terutama yang berkaitan langsung dengan masalah kebijakan publik dan pelayanan publik.

Acara Pembukaan dan Pengarahan dari Direktur Pascasarjana Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia UPMI Medan Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 dalam rangka Pelaksanaan Ujian Sidang Meja Hijau ( Ujian Sidang Tesis) Mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Magister Ilmu Administrasi Pemerintahan dan Magister Ilmu Administrasi Pendidikan sebanyak 33 orang Mahasiswa.
